Terms of Use
Last updated: 26 июля 2026 г.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of VoiceLab’s website, Studio workspace, APIs, and voice AI products (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
VoiceLab tools can create, transform, and process voice, audio, video, text, transcripts, captions, and related content. Use them lawfully, transparently, and with respect for other people’s rights. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and your account
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and comply with the laws that apply to you and your use of the Services. If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Keep your login credentials, API keys, and devices secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly notifying us at info@voicelab.uz if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
2. Your content, permissions, and responsibility
You retain responsibility for the audio, video, voice samples, text, transcripts, prompts, and other material you upload, record, generate, publish, or otherwise use through the Services (“Your Content”).
Before submitting or using Your Content, you must have every right, permission, consent, and legal basis needed to do so. This includes obtaining clear permission from each person whose voice, likeness, personal data, or copyrighted material is included.
You are responsible for how you use generated output, including checking it for accuracy, suitability, and legal compliance before relying on it or sharing it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims, losses, or harm caused by your unlawful, unauthorized, deceptive, or harmful use of the Services or Your Content.
3. Voice cloning and identity safety
Do not clone, imitate, synthesize, or represent another person’s voice without their explicit authorization or another valid legal basis. Do not imply that generated audio is spoken, endorsed, or approved by a real person when that is not true.
If you create a cloned voice, you confirm that you have the required rights and consent for the source material. VoiceLab may ask for additional confirmation, proof of authorization, or a verification recording before enabling or continuing access to voice features.
4. Prohibited use
You must not use the Services to commit or assist fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, identity theft, financial deception, blackmail, harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, or any other illegal or harmful activity.
You must not create or distribute deceptive calls, messages, advertisements, recordings, captions, or media intended to mislead people about identity, payment, security, public information, or a real person’s words or actions.
You must not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property rights, publicity rights, or other rights; upload malware; evade service limits or security controls; scrape or interfere with the Services; or use the Services in a way that may damage VoiceLab, users, or the public.
5. Lawful and transparent use
You are responsible for following laws, industry rules, disclosure obligations, and platform policies that apply to your use case, including marketing, political, employment, education, healthcare, financial, or customer-support use cases.
Where a reasonable person could be misled, you should clearly disclose that audio or media was generated or materially altered with AI. Do not use VoiceLab output as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other regulated advice.
6. Service availability and output
The Services and generated outputs may be unavailable, incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must independently review outputs before using them in decisions, communications, or public materials.
We may change, improve, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, quality, legal compliance, or service reliability. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes when appropriate.
7. Credits, payments, and usage limits
Some Services require paid credits, a subscription, or a usage balance. You are responsible for reviewing the displayed price, balance, and applicable payment terms before placing an order or starting a billable request.
We may prevent an operation from starting when your available balance, credits, plan, or usage limits are insufficient. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers under their own terms.
8. Enforcement and suspension
We may investigate suspected misuse and remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, cancel API access, or take other reasonable action when we believe these Terms, applicable law, or the safety of users or the public may be at risk.
We may preserve and disclose relevant information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect people, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms.
9. VoiceLab intellectual property
VoiceLab and its software, models, interfaces, trademarks, documentation, and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, we do not grant you ownership of them.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or exploit the Services outside the permissions we expressly provide or the law allows.
10. Disclaimers and limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. VoiceLab does not guarantee that the Services or any generated output will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, lawful for your particular use, or fit for a specific purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights, where applicable, are not limited by these Terms.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Services or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the Services after updated Terms take effect means that you accept them.
