Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how VoiceLab ("VoiceLab", "we", "us") processes personal data when you visit voicelab.uz, create an account, use VoiceLab Studio, call our APIs, or otherwise interact with our voice AI products (together, the "Services").

This Policy is a notice about our data practices, not a request for blanket consent. Where consent is needed, we ask for it separately. For privacy questions, contact info@voicelab.uz.

1. Data controller and contact

VoiceLab is the controller for personal data connected with customer accounts, website analytics we control, billing, and support. For enterprise customers, a data processing agreement may set out different roles for customer content.

You can contact us at info@voicelab.uz, +998 97 115 40 60, or in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

2. Scope of this Policy

This Policy covers our marketing site, account authentication, VoiceLab Studio, APIs, trials, billing, usage, and support.

  • Audio, uploaded media and documents, text, transcripts, voice profiles, conversations, and related artifacts processed through speech, meetings, chat, and agent features.
  • Personal data we receive when you contact us or use integrations.
  • It does not cover independent third-party websites, products, or services governed by their own policies.

3. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Account and profile information, such as name, email address, organisation, and account preferences.
  • Authentication and security information, including sign-in events, IP address, device or browser information, and API key activity.
  • Billing and commercial information, such as subscription, invoices, payment status, and transaction records. Payment card data is handled by our payment providers.
  • Product content and usage information, including prompts, audio, transcripts, voice settings, generated outputs, feature usage, and diagnostics.
  • Support and communications, including messages and attachments you send us.
  • Website and device information, including cookies, pages viewed, referral URLs, and approximate location derived from IP address.

4. Sources of personal data

We receive personal data directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, from identity providers, and from teammates or integrations you authorise.

5. How we use personal data

We use personal data to:

  • Provide, operate, secure, and support the Services.
  • Create and manage accounts, subscriptions, payments, and API access.
  • Respond to requests and communicate product, account, or security information.
  • Improve reliability, performance, accessibility, and product experience using aggregated or de-identified information where appropriate.
  • Prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

6. Legal bases

Where applicable, we process personal data to perform a contract with you, pursue legitimate interests such as operating and securing the Services, comply with legal obligations, or with your consent.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing completed before withdrawal.

7. Audio, voice, and generated content

We process submitted content and generated outputs to provide the feature you request. Only submit content you have the necessary rights and permissions to use, and obtain appropriate consent for recordings and voice cloning. Voice recordings may contain personal or sensitive information.

Retention for product content depends on the applicable product settings and service configuration. You may request deletion of eligible content and account data by contacting us.

VoiceLab may use de-identified or aggregated information to improve reliability and safety. We do not use your private content to train public foundation models or third-party models without disclosure or appropriate consent.

8. How we share personal data

We may share personal data with service providers that help us operate the Services, including hosting, email, authentication, payment, error-monitoring, analytics, and model-inference providers. Requested AI features may send relevant content to an external inference provider; not every feature runs only on VoiceLab hardware. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction.

  • We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

9. International transfers and storage

VoiceLab is based in Uzbekistan. Our service providers may process data in other regions. Enterprise customers may contact us to discuss data residency, processor information, or on-premise arrangements where available.

10. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the Service. Retention periods vary by data type, account status, and product configuration.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege practices, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please protect your credentials and API keys.

12. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, security, language preferences, and requested features. On voicelab.uz, optional Google Analytics and PostHog analytics run only after you allow analytics. You can decline them or change your choice in Cookie settings without losing access to the Services. See the Cookie Policy for details, storage periods, and browser controls.

13. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and complain to the competent data-protection authority. To make a request, contact info@voicelab.uz. We may need to verify your identity before responding; never send us your password, API key, or full payment-card details.

14. Children

The Services are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

15. Automated processing

VoiceLab uses automated systems to generate speech, transcribe audio, detect abuse, and improve Service performance. These systems do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without appropriate safeguards.

16. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the most recent revision. If changes are material, we will provide notice where required. Questions or concerns can be sent to info@voicelab.uz.
